Sushi Bowls!!
Josephine here! 🧑🌾 I had a customer rant and rave about microgreens in something called "sushi bowls". I can't believe I hadn't ever heard of them before, considering how much Rob and I love going out for sushi (Plus, it was significantly cheaper 🤪)!
White Rice
Nori Sheets (cut in strips, and tucked into the side of the bowl)
Salmon fillet (cooked, and then shredded)
cucumber
carrots
avacado
Siracha-Mayo sauce
Microgreens! I used Radish, Kale and Broccoli
This is just what I personally like in my sushi bowls! What would you put in yours? Maybe a different sauce? Would love to hear all the ideas to try in my bowl next time! 🍚
