Fall is here, the season of change. That means a lot is changing for us, and it’s an exciting time for us all in the Rock Singing Success community.

Fall has often been viewed as a season for reevaluating our goals, intentions, ambitions, habits, and the life patterns we’ve fallen into. While everything around us is transitioning, and nostalgia is filling the air, it’s a time of reflection and of choices for what’s to come.

In that respect, it’s an invocation for beginnings, where the old has had its season and the new is being sewn.

For the RSS team, we have multiple things in the works, taking us beyond the times where we only focused on 1:1 coaching. This year, we launched this community, a podcast, and started releasing shorts/reels. That was a start, more of a test period. Now that we have real feedback and data to look at, we’re able to evaluate where we’re at and what comes next. We have multiple things in the works.

We’re over half way through the creation of a new high-end group program. But unlike most group programs, this is one you have to be accepted into and where every person in the group gets one-on-one coaching from myself and other coaches on our team. We can hardly wait to share the details with you!

We’re also looking at specific ways to expand our free content as well as certain types of guests in our podcast that we’re sure you’ll be excited about. But it to ensure this is all high-value for you, it takes time, money, and a LOT of work behind the scenes. For now, we see it as a season of change, and we’re planting the seeds for the new.

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑 𝐎𝐅 𝟑𝟎𝟎

In 480 BC, after days of fighting against impossible odds of nearly fifty Persians to every one Greek soldier, the Greek army was dismissed, leaving King Leonidas to lead three hundred Spartans and seven hundred Thespians to hold off hundreds of thousands of Persian soldiers. That’s less than 1% of the size of who they were up against. That third of a percent, against all odds, was powerful enough to change the course of history and set the foundation for what would become the most influential force to shape modern western society.

It’s not uncommon for a community to get 2% to 3% engagement, much more than the third of a percent that changed the world. When it comes to influence and getting our community moving, this is a numbers game. The more people who join as members, the more people will be engaged in making this community a valuable force to be reckoned with.
