Busy week for me, so I have prepared my breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Breakfast- Overnight Weetbix with yoghurt & apple
Lunch - Creamy mushroom, shredded chicken breast
Dinner - Mexican beef
My other 2 meals are around training and consist of rice flour, protein & fruit.
