I relapsed MULTIPLE times this year. I vowed to NEVER FAP AGAIN. But, here we are, I've broken that promise so many times this year.
I've spent 3+ hours researching the ins and out's of why, including my own experiences of relapsing to give to you the PERFECT solution

THE WHY:
Your SEXUAL DESIRE is your birthright.
As a masculine man, every time your body produces testosterone and libido. Its a gift from your masculinity to your physical body.
However, through conditioning and the modern world full of porn, TikTok and Instagram girls, we've been conditioned to release that desire through ejaculation.
Even Deida talks about this in The Way of The Superior Man
"Many men tend to be inspired, and then spurt it out through thought and ejaculation"
Our lust for ejaculation and sex is OKAY. It is NORMAL. The act of porn and fapping is what has been brainwashed into us.
Every time your body produces testosterone, it spikes your libido. You've been conditioned to fap every time that happens and then you lose that libido, followed by your testosterone.
This cycle repeats, day after day, week after week, month after month.
You are sick of it.
I am sick of it.
WE are sick of it.
We can bypass this.
The secret is.. Mewing and Breathing.
Yes. Deida talks about this body practice in "The Enlightened Sex Manual"
Our tongue is actually supposed to always, ALWAYS stay at the roof of our mouth comfortably. Its how our body should be working 24/7. It's the cog in the machine that is our body.
Breathing fully, allows our body to control itself. Shallowly breathing reduces our energy and makes us sporadic, leading to more relapses and loss of control.

TECHNIQUE:
Practice what I'm about to say ALL THE TIME. Whenever you can remember to do it. It will CHANGE your life.
Treat your dick and your head as south and north poles of your body. To create energy, BREATHE, literally BREATHE the lust and desire through your body.
  • If you feel your dick getting WAY too stimulated and you want to fap, BREATHE that shit back through your body, your arms, your legs, your face and lips and relax everything.
  • If you feel your head getting WAY too stimulated and you indulge in those sexy, feminine women and their curves. BREATHE that shit, again, back through your body, your fingers, your arms, your legs, your feet.
This takes practice, and you will immediately feel the difference. Treat the lust as a gift. Instead of spasming in your bed, breathe it through your body even if it takes a couple minutes and let it metaphorically HEAL you.
If you commonly see sexy, fuckable, lovable, feminine shaped women. Breathe the lust you feel when you see them through your body how I told you to. Don't stare, don't think excessively.
Even WOMEN need to breathe fully. Deida says if women don't breathe fully, they cant have a full orgasm nor will they be wet. Seriously. They are dry and tired when they don't breahe.
  • Remember to ALWAYS breathe through your nose, even with deep breaths. Mew 24/7.
  • Whenever you get the urge to fap, and watch porn. Pretend it's your body producing testosterone, because it is. Would you interrupt that production?
  • Understand that you will relapse at times. But it will drastically decrease, and you have to actively do your part in reducing it.
Go as far as to do Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Kegels, anything you need to control your physical body and get out of your head.
You can practice this breathing throughout the day by simply doing it whenever you get a boner.
Inhale the entire energy through your body, pretend you're charging the different batteries of your body parts. Then exhale all the tension your feel out. You will lose, regain, lose, and then regain your boner if you do this right.

THE MINDSET
"I RELAPSED.. WHAT DO I DO?.."
If you miss one day of the gym, do you lose all your gains? No.
Same thing here.
If you can keep a relapse goal, and hit it. You make progress. HUGE progress.
If in the month of November you relapsed 15 times.
In December, relapse just 12 times, that's a reasonable goal.
In January, relapse just 9 times. Still reasonable.
In February, go for just 5 times.
March, April, May go for less than 3.
So on, and so on. Till you're relapsing only every couple of months.
By doing this, you create progress.
Just one relapse doesn't make you lose all your testosterone.
Every time you ejaculate, you lose 30% of your cum. Which will be regained in 3-4 days.
Do it again on the same or next day, you lose now 60%
Then another time is 90%.
Thinking like this will allow you some breathing space.
Its just like not going to the gym for 3 weeks.
You know if you cum more than once in a day, you still have cum in the 2nd ejaculation. Which means you don't lose all your progress immediately.
So if you did relapse, you only lose 30% of your progress, which will be gained back in 3-4 days.
