Hi, Good evening everyone...!!! Well here's my first property evaluated and out of the way... I looked at a property yesterday that I could have got for my opinion at a reasonable cost.. for $45000... I was checking this property out really good, because I knowed it was going to need some work, but it wasn't what I expected.... shoot,it was going to need a total gut rehab.. and that was just way to much I thought for my very first deal...so I called the agent back and just told them that I was going to pass on it...l mean if it was like maybe my 6th or 7th house, I might have took the challenge.... I mean I've been in the construction industry for over 38 years... Residential and commercial.. but to be My very first deal I want it to be just a little rehab and not a total gut job... what do you all think... did I make a good decision or not.... what's your opinion..??
