FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR LEADS
The lead isn't dead because they didn't close on the first sales call. A lot of people are leaving money on the table because they are scared to follow up. Follow up a minimum of 3x, (Once a day for 3 days) and watch what happens to your close rate. This should be done over call, but if they don't answer, text them.
Always make the follow-up about them.
DON'T do this: Hey NAME, I'm just calling to follow up and see if you are ready to make a decision about getting a cleaning.
DO THIS: Hey NAME, its Jon from X Cleaning Company. I know you mentioned you are moving out next week and you needed to find someone to clean your home. I just want to make sure you were able to find someone to help you.
Always make it about them and remind them of their problem. This shows that you listened to them and they aren't just another number to you.
You will see your close rate increase by about 10-15% from this one small tip.
You already paid for the lead, you may as well follow up until they say no!
