FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR LEADS
The lead isn't dead because they didn't close on the first sales call. A lot of people are leaving money on the table because they are scared to follow up. Follow up a minimum of 3x, (Once a day for 3 days) and watch what happens to your close rate. This should be done over call, but if they don't answer, text them. Always make the follow-up about them. DON'T do this: Hey NAME, I'm just calling to follow up and see if you are ready to make a decision about getting a cleaning. DO THIS: Hey NAME, its Jon from X Cleaning Company. I know you mentioned you are moving out next week and you needed to find someone to clean your home. I just want to make sure you were able to find someone to help you. Always make it about them and remind them of their problem. This shows that you listened to them and they aren't just another number to you. You will see your close rate increase by about 10-15% from this one small tip. You already paid for the lead, you may as well follow up until they say no!

I was wondering if anyone knows what complications will follow with the new law change on March 11, 2024? This is a change in the classification of Independent Contractors. I have everything ready and now this has came to light. Does anyone have experience with these types of changes and how it will effect our business? To me this seems like a really big change however, I am 'not' a lawyer. These are the Six-Factor Tests as follows: Factor 1. Opportunity for Profit or Loss Depending on Managerial Skill. Factor 2. Investments by the Worker and Potential Employer. Factor 3. Degree of Permanence of the Work Relationship. Factor 4. Nature and Degree of Control (Over Performance of the Work and Working Relationship). Factor 5. Extent to Which the Work Performed is an Integral Part of the Potential Employerโ€™s Business. Factor 6. Skill and Initiative (of the Worker).
