@Emanuel Cook Nice! No worries! I'll be following to see what others say. My understanding is that you have you have your bench of cleaners and once you get a job scheduled and paid for its a race to hit up your cleaners and see who is available at that time to get the job done. I guess you would look at them more as partners perse and you pay them a percentage. I'm sorry for rambling I'm just getting my thoughts out lol but I wouldn't think there's more of an onboarding process than an agreement that you guys have in place. Maybe having a contract saying what you're agreeing to with signatures and what is expected from both parties if you wanted to. I'm doing this all by myself with this community and the help of you guys! So hopefully I've helped in some way at least sparked something to help! does anyone else know what to do in this event... does anyone else have a more detailed onboarding process for their cleaners as well? (I'm curious as well!)

Hey! Welcome! Have you started going through the classroom videos at all...? that has a lot of information on how to start, some of it is redundant, but it drills the basic foundational steps you need to take to get started. I also spent time on the youtube channel watching their videos about how to get started and what it takes, what your gonna need, how to make more... etc. Hope this helps!
