@Cassandra Wright Are you still in the hiring process or do you have some onboarded? Booking Koala is nice because you can monitor your cleaners at a distance. In the app they can check in when they are on the way, clock in when they arrive to the home, take before and after pictures, and then clock out when the job is complete! If someone is home I would also have them do a final walk through and you can follow up with the customer's experience immediately after the clean so you can get an idea on how everything went. I would also have a customer satisfaction guarantee in place so that way if the client isn't satisfied, send the cleaner back unpaid and have them fix what they missed. I think in the beginning we are all pretty nervous and worried how good of a job someone is going to do. Keep a few cleaners on the bench while you're hiring so that way if you need to fire one you have a few ready to go still and don't lose momentum. Building a good relationship with your cleaners is also key as well because as long as you are paying them well and they feel respected, then they are typically pretty happy and will want to keep getting jobs!
😱 About to Launch but I'm worried 😱
So I've done tons of research and made some amazing friends in this community. I've got everything in line to submit for my LLC, insurance and all my tech is in line. Pricing will be a little issue but I will find out once I launch and can be adjusted. I'm scared about lawsuits and letting contractors in peoples homes. Its out of my control and that leap of faith is scaring me. I will do in dept interviews and background checks. But people are crazy and its a risk. However, I'm still scared something insane would happen from stolen items, fires or worse. Its scary to let people you don't truly know into someone's home. I know its good to be aware and to have some healthy amount of fear. But can anyone give me some advice or words of encouragement? Is my fear valid or just non-sense?

You should send your potential contractors out on a "test clean" before fully onboarding them to give yourself a piece of mind! I would also recommend going after cleaners that are recommended by others, as they will already have some type of trust built with people in your area. Make sure your cleaners carry an active general liability insurance plan as well!
Introduction
Hi everyone! New here looking to learn what I can. What do you guys think about the advantages and disadvantages between hiring providers as W2 employees or keeping them as 1099? Thanks in advance!

Hiring contractors will save you money, as you don't have to pay for workers comp, payroll tax, supplies, transportation, training etc. Also it allows cleaners to have more flexibility and you can hire quality cleaners without needing to have extensive cleaning background yourself!
Community Support/Help
Has Angel responded to anyone on here? Or, anyone from the program? I don't see much engagement and questions answered...

@La'Mont Payne Do you mind if I give you some valuable advice so that you can know what can bring you closer to your goals? If you want to build a 7-figure business you are definitely going to need to invest into skillsets and mentorship to unlock that kind of level. Bottomline. All of the greatest entrepreneurs, athletes, etc have invested into some type of mentorship or training to achieve greatness. While there is a lot of great free info out there, it is going to be your best bet to be able to work directly with someone that can give you what you need to be truly successful. Not to say you can't figure things out on your own, but i've learned along the way now owning multiple businesses that I would rather invest into proven systems and support so I can trust that my discipline and hard work will be rewarded, rather than go through the trial and error on my own in hopes that I don't end up paying more for my mistakes financially and mentally. It's the reason why so many new business owners fail in year 1- not having proper a proper blueprint or guidance. If you'd like to discuss more my DMs are always open!

@Jonathan Paul This!
Looking for 5 people who want to work directly with my team this month…
I’m gathering the final round of ambitious entrepreneurs looking to launch their remote cleaning business in the next few weeks. You don’t need to be a marketing expert… You don’t even need any crazy tech skills, either. The only requirement is… You NEED to be ready to work and invest in yourself. This ISN’T for you if: …you don’t want to learn anything new …you’re not willing to do your part and invest in yourself …you give up every time you face challenges If you meet me halfway, we’ll build you a LEGACY that your family can leverage for many years. But nothing just happens “by chance”. We have to MAKE this happen. If you feel like you’re the right fit… Then let’s work together. Comment “REMOTE” below and I’ll have my team reach out to see if you qualify. Access closes after 7. To your success, Johnny Robinson
