Retainer vs % of new sales
Want to take a poll on what everyone thinks for best compensation model when charging clients.
I offer a handful of services (funnels, ads, content, systems & automation, etc.) so I'm charging a setup fee of $3,500.
But I'm stuck on whether I want to do a monthly retainer or % of new sales generated.
Thoughts? My monthly expenses per new client added aren't that high it's more so time & expertise.
