My name is Dimitri, I'm romanian but I'm based in Italy and currently having hard times going past a few only pay-on-performance clients in Real Estate. I've started my journey almost 2 years ago but never been consistent, sat a around 15-20 sales calls and always struggled to cold call.

Recently I've gotten over the fear of cold calling, and now my main focus is on systemising my service delivery and operations, while delivering for the actual clients and outreaching.

I feel a bit overwhelmed but I know being surrounded by like minded individuals will help with consistency, and hopefully thanks to this brotherhood I'll get more clarity on what I need to focus to reach my goals 💪
