Appointment/Sales Call Problem
Hey everyone, Thanks to paid ads, getting appointments isn't a problem anymore. However, the majority (about 90%) of the loan officers/brokers I'm attracting are "broke" and only close 1-2 deals per month. (just enough to cover their living expenses) They don't have the budget to invest in paid ads and are looking for a service where I provide them with appointments at no upfront cost, and they pay me a percentage if they close a deal.
My ads currently say, 'Only pay us 10% per client.' Should I change this wording, start filtering these leads more effectively, or take a different approach? (btw I've attached one of my ad creatives.)
