Life Changes
I had 2 big goals coming into this year - 1 being to move out of my house 2. being able to buy however many Boston Bruins tickets I wanted to. At first I didn't think it was possible, but after putting in the work and believing in the process, I am now writing this from my new home, and being able to buy a bunch of Boston Bruins tickets :) While I still felt short of my main goal, I am still proud of where I have came from. All of that being said, and the reason why I am making this post is because of one thing. When looking back on the success, there was 1 thing that always stood consistent. Surprisingly, it wasn't me making cold calls everyday, or having the best follow up... It was my mentors holding me accountable when the going got tough. When I thought I was going to quit on myself - my mentors Charlotte, David, and Lou picked me up and guided me into the right direction. I gave them so many reasons on why they could quit on me, but they didn't. I am grateful for my tribe. I wouldn't be here without the tremendous amount of support Lou, Elise, Charlotte, David, and so many others have given me. I am blessed.

Tons of engagement in REinvest this past week- @Jona Ruser shot into 1st place from out of nowhere! He's 2 points ahead of @Jorden Dupont. My question is.... who's gonna make it to level 3 first? @Sean Richard where you at??

Have you planned your end of the year calendar?
I just nailed down what I need to accomplish before 2025 and I am stoked!!! Determing what are top priorities and what needs to be completed month by month made it seem far more attainable and lifted a ton of stress. With the holidays approaching it is even more important to dial in how much time you are realistically going to be working IN your business in November/December. What are your OCTOBER goals?

Contrary to what they may think, your clients don't always know whats best! And it can be difficult to lead them to the next steps to take in a way that builds trust and rapport with you... even if it is not what they want to hear. Great work, @Benjamin Lemieux !!! Has anyone else dealt with a stubborn seller in this market trying to price too high? @Sean Richard Any recent memorable FSBO cold calls we could all learn from?
