Are you a morning or afternoon training type of person?
I normally go early like 7am. I do not like waking up that early tho lol. But after finishing is a big goal complete for the day.
My best hour to go working out is between 1pm and 3.30pm. There is not too many ppl at the gym and I’m well awake lol.
