How to NEVER Break Free from Alcohol: A Guide To Relapse 🫣
How to successfully relapse over and over again with a 100% guarantee – or make absolutely sure you never truly break free from alcohol: This “guide” is available in the latest episode! OF COURSE, THIS ISN’T MEANT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY! 🙌 This is the so-called “Handstand Method,” where you do the opposite to achieve a certain goal. Everyone can probably come up with 5 to 10 reasons they’d relapse right away, right? Feel free to share them in the comments! ✍🏻 The art here is then to: “Simply” do the opposite of that 😉

How to NEVER Break Free from Alcohol: A Guide To Relapse 🫣
Greetings from the TV Studio
I’m about to chat a bit live here about my journey, and I definitely wouldn’t have imagined this five years ago. I’m not trying to brag or anything, I just want to say this: Quitting was, on so many levels, the best decision ever back then 🤗

When all beginnings are hard…
Some time ago, I created (or had created) this image for a client. It symbolizes the huge mountain of tasks you face when you stop drinking and, for the first time, confront your problems instead of drinking them away. The idea behind it was that you can either surrender… or: You open suitcase after suitcase, hoping to find the right answer. You either run the risk of NEVER finding the answer, or you get to work and discover a lot along the way. Maybe the solution is in suitcase number 1? Or maybe it’s only in suitcase 387? Who knows! But at least you have a chance to get lucky or find something wonderful, simply by starting. By now, I can say from hundreds of experiences: It’s worth it every single time!
