Gluten can sometimes be hidden in unexpected places, like spice mixes, flavored teas, or even some medications and beauty products that we use. For those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, it’s important to check all ingredient labels closely. Small steps like these help create a truly gluten-free lifestyle beyond just watching our foods.

GF Bread hack‼️
Gluten-free bread tends to go stale or harden quickly because of its different structure, but there’s a simple hack to make it last much longer—freeze it! While this works for regular bread too, it’s especially helpful for gluten-free bread. When you’re ready to eat, pop a slice or two into the toaster straight from the freezer. It’ll taste fresh and soft again, saving you from waste and frustration!
