Vintage or not

Does anyone know how I can tell if this sweater is vintage? I found someone selling the same one on eBay saying that it is. I also found others with a different type a tag saying that theirs is vintage. I do not see any dates or anything else to compare it to on mine. Also, I am not sure if I should sell it for men’s or women’s? Any advice? Thank you!
