Hey Guys, Iāve been working on getting really clear with my focus lately, and it brought me back to the presentation that Bill Von Fumetti did at FHL on the Power of Focus.
In todayās world of endless opportunities, itās easy to get caught up in a whirlwind of ideas, offers, and distractions. But as Bill taught us, true success comes from one thing: FOCUS. When you focus on the one thing that matters most, everything else becomes irrelevant...
I wanted to share some key takeaways from my notes that really stood out to me and might help you too!
What I Learned: Focus On ONE Funnel
Bill emphasized the importance of staying laser-focused on ONE main funnelāyour mid-ticket offer (around $1K - $10K).
Itās not about having multiple offers and confusing your audience. Itās about making that ONE offer irresistible and optimizing it until it converts consistently.
He broke down the One Funnel Approach into key steps:
1ļøā£ Focus on the Core Offer: Start with your core offer that delivers high value quickly and efficiently.
2ļøā£ Non-Buyers Focus: Donāt just forget about non-buyers. Create a nurturing path through a low-ticket community to help them achieve quick wins and ascend to your main offer.
3ļøā£ Free Community: Build a free community to engage people at the very first step of your value ladder.
4ļøā£ Automate & Scale: Set up automated processes like running challenges weekly or webinars daily. Keep the live feeling using tools like Zoom Simulive to interact with your audience.
5ļøā£ All Funnels Lead to ONE Funnel: Every funnel you build should lead back to your core offerāthe one that converts best.
6ļøā£ Paid Traffic Focus: The quickest way to scale is through paid ads. Instead of focusing on revenue goals, Bill suggests focusing on ad spend goalsāhow much can you spend to grow?
How You Can Apply This:
- Simplify Your Offers: Focus on your core offer and optimize it until it converts well. Donāt overwhelm yourself with multiple products.
2. Optimize for Non-Buyers: Create a plan for nurturing non-buyers. Whether itās a low-ticket product or a free community, give them a path to ascend your value ladder.
3. Automate & Scale: Start setting up automated webinars or challenges that run frequently without your constant involvement. Automation is the key to scaling.
4. Maximize Paid Traffic: If youāre running ads, focus on how much you can spend effectively, not just on how much you make. Use the data you have to scale intelligently.
How Iām Putting This into Practice:
Right now, my focus is all about building the foundation for my Challenger Community.
I have an idea for a Course that I want to create with my founding members, which will serve as the core of my Core Offer, specifically tailored to help my Challenger Community get the results they need and want.
Once thatās in place, my plan is to create a few low-ticket or free courses to give new members quick winsāproof that our community is the right place for them to achieve their goals!
I also plan to run Tiny Challenges to grow the community, sell my Core Offer, and sharpen my one-to-many selling skills.
It all comes down to one thingāFOCUS.
