Whatever you’re selling, make sure to SELL IT FIRST, and build it after. It's a win-win (for you because it is less overwhelming and for the audience because they are heard).
This will save you from spending A LOT OF time on things that won’t sell and nobody wants.
Funny, when I did this, I had my course set up, and I ended up giving 60% of what I had in mind, 40%and people ALWAYS bring me on a new direction. If I had built it ahead of time, people's questions had not been addressed, it would be an incomplete solution.
