Brain Hack to Brunson Speed

Many of you have been asking RB to "slow down!"

I'm here to tell you....He can't! 😂

That means there are only 2 options:

Muster through and try to hear something that falls as he zips on by.
Teach your brain how to pick up speed to run with him! 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️

"But how?! He speaks faster than an auctioneer and the man barely breathes. Does he breathe?! 😳"

😂 All jokes aside....for realz now.

I first saw RB on a Ray Higdon event a few years ago and I literally couldn't keep up. I felt like my brain froze faster than a Dell on dial-up as a kid.

Shortly after, I came across a "hack" to train my brain to learn and retain information at an accelerated speed.

For the sake of time, I'm going to skip the fancy shmancy "techno jargon" and let those who want the WHY (like me) go ahead and Google it later.

Let's dive in to the "Russell Brunson style speedster" cliff notes version with 4 simple steps:

Go to YouTube, pick virtually any video you want and listen to it at normal speed for 30 seconds.
Kick it up to 2x speed so it sounds almost impossible to keep up with understanding (or 2.5x if you need to). The goal is to create a speed phenomenon that makes your brain a little bit overwhelmed. Leave it for 30 seconds.
Reduce the speed to 1.5x and notice how it sounds audibly easier to hear what they are saying. Almost like listening at regular pace.
Do this a few times before the event starts and then notice how your brain hurts less because you can FINALLY begin to run closer to Russell's vocal speed! 🤗
