Completed day 1 of FMD, feeling good, need some inspiration on what to eat!
Ive been living off of green smoothies and Cate’s wellness soup for the past 10 days. I’ve started to count calories now and after yesterday realised I can do the 5 day FMD without too much hunger!!! I’d like to try some different recipes for 100-150 calories as I like to eat often. Any ideas?
