I have been working with an organization that has more than 200 products for which we run ads. We are now at a point where we want to scale, but only 15-20% of our products generate 70-80% of the revenue. I want to scale those products. Can someone help me with a new strategy?
Currently, we are running:
- PMax campaigns with separate audience signals: 1. Product keywords, 2. ATC (Add to Cart) and WV (Website Visitors).
- Demand generation campaigns with the same structure.
- Video campaigns with the same structure.
