Products Not Approved for Dynamic Remarketing

I sell surgical items used by doctors, and while 90% of my products are approved for Shopping Ads and Free Listings, they are not approved for Dynamic Remarketing. How can I resolve this?

I have checked the same products advertised by my competitors on display ads but mine are disapproved. Even there products title and description is similar to what I write. In there descriptions they use words like: Medical, Patient, Surgery, Needles, Syringes etc.
