What’s up guys, I’m currently onboarding a client but everyone they try to add their credit card as a payment method it says
"Payment authorisation failed."
as well as "This action couldn’t be completed. Try again with a different payment method." along with the error code OR_BACR2_31
They don’t want to use another payment method. The account we were using was new and we had to create a new payment profile.
Does anybody experience the same thing?
