Not spending budget
I launched shopping campaign for a client 3 days ago.
But, it's only spending a very small budget right now,
There's no errors in GMC, my bids are a little higher than benchmark max CPC
Anyone knows why it could be? Maybe when the campaign starts, it doesn't spend?
Benchmark cpc is 4.5, my max bid is 5....
