My name is Ricardo Vasquez, and I’m thrilled to be here.

I’m the host of the Youthful Aging Secrets podcast, where I interview superagers (older ppl crushing it) and health experts to uncover actionable insights for living as healthy as possible for as long as possible.

The podcast is my passion project, inspired by my late father, and I aim to make health and longevity information accessible to everyone.
