Strength Progress - Tracking Non-Scale Victories
I bench pressed 155 (@145-146lbs BW) for the first time, somewhat easily (I struggled but no assist was needed) and I have not flat benched in probably a year. Strength gains have been crazy!
I think sometimes we get so hyper focused on our physiques that we forget about those Non-Scale wins. Strength up, healthy relationship with food, hormones balanced, clothes fit better, etc. What are your favorite Non-Scale victories?
