Hey Billy I just finished going through all of the Classroom content as of yesterday & I took a good 44 pages of notes that I'm going to distill & study now.
Was just wondering - in the course it's not you doing the presentations but the woman who did them still mentioned "Billy and I" a lot which leads me to believe you agree with all or most of what she said. The courses were great but I'm just wondering what your actual opinion on fasting is, related to blood sugar levels.
In the nutrition course, intermittent fasting is shunned and there's seemingly strong arguments for why, but in all of your client masterminds & youtube videos where you mention fasting, you advise fasting for the entirety of your deep work blocks rather than having breakfast.
Obviously it's not a black and white solution for everyone - some people perform better while fasted than others, but I'm hoping you'd be able to clear up the fog regarding the clash in viewpoints in your content.
