Automatic Oura -> GSheets?
happy Monday biohackers!
In additional to the peak health system, I like to transfer my health data to a Sam Ovens style sheet. I find it better for my overall understanding of health optimisation etc.
Has anyone successfully made, found or heard of a good API system (excuse me tech bros) to automate this process.
Would be grateful for ideas or to be pointed in the correct direction.
