Remember that all 10 days are available for you to work through on your own timeline each day. My preference is the evening but everyone has different schedules so do it when it fits for you.
If you aren't sure about any particular exercise or have questions along the way there will be a daily call where you can jump on and we can problem solve together and I will answer any questions that you have. It is not mandatory but rather there as a resource if you need it.
