We are in the baby stages of what I believe is going to be the biggest health and wellness community on Skool. I foresee community challenges, virtual events, local events, more education on how to have success in PartnerCo but also in other areas of your life. We all come from different backgrounds and have various strengths that we bring to the table. If we all contribute and do our part, we can make this the most positive resource for a new partner or someone curious about joining. If you have skills and want to teach a paid course in the class room, send me a DM. I’ll let you build your own course and charge what you want for it, and receive 100% of the proceeds. If you're anything like me, you hate the cold 🥶 Yes, I was born on the Island of Jamaica. So genetically I am averse to cold weather. However, if I had to lose weight for something and I had no time to do it, the first thing I would start doing is.... cold plunges. Now hear me out, you may have heard of this new "trend". But hot/cold treatments have been around since the existence of water. Here are the top 3 reasons why ice baths are touted as a weight loss secret: 1.
