Coach Rob, I was wondering if you can break down the pros and cons of different types of workouts: traditional resistance training + cardio, CrossFit-style workouts, HIIT, and whatever else is out there! Since it sounds like we are all limited on time, I'm wondering if you have thoughts on which delivers the most "bang for buck". I know anything is better than nothing and workout style probably depends based on goals, but any thoughts on how to navigate all the options?
