Want to win something for working out?
This week I wanted to push everyone to move a little bit. This workout is 8-minutes long and works the full body.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 8-minutes:
8 Push ups
You can do knee push ups, elevated push ups or wall push ups.
Squat as low as you're comfortable going
Post how many rounds and reps you get below to be entered into a drawing for a prize. I promise it'll cost more than a pencil and less than a Tesla :)
