Thursday Check-In + Bodyweight Workout

Today I chose to sleep in cause I had a rough night of rest. So I'm gonna fit this workout into my day
4 sets of max push ups with 1:00 rest between sets
Then
3 sets of 20-30 total lunges with 1:00 rest
Then
As many situps as I can in 5 minutes
I fully expect to be interrupted many times by my kids 馃ぃ
