How I stay in top 1% shape
What i've realized is that the "harder I go" with supplements, the easier it is for me to stick with my routine. I know that supplements don't help all that much and it's food, sleep, and training. But the more I use them I realize I feel like i'm just wasting money if I don't take it seriously, so it helps me focus on the BIG things more. A lot of life is just finding hacks that make hard things easier for you to stick with.
