Pivot Progressions
Hey everyone! Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts.
All my fitness classes are on heavy bags (I do have a few classes that are less fitness based). I take them off to bring in the progressions we’re learning.
For anyone that does fitness classes or a lot of heavy bag work with groups, how do you incorporate your pivot progressions?
I’ve been testing out a few with jab- cross, but want to get more creative with these
