What is important to you as a business owner?
Whenever you're starting a business, you need to define what the culture of your organization is going to be.
Define core values.
Write out what's important to you.
We just developed five things that are super important to us.
- Five-star service
- Excellence
- Efficiency
- Teamwork
- Integrity
That covers everything that we talk about on a week-to-week basis, and it is embedded into our culture.
This should encourage you, if you haven't already done so, to define core values within your business. After you define it, it's your job as an entrepreneur to communicate those core values consistently to the people on your team. 馃挭
