The Harris campaign is proposing $25,000 down payment assistance for families who do not have history of home ownership. This is an interesting situation that will most likely just increase the cost of a home for people. This isn’t a political post but rather a think post about how we as creative realestate investors can capitalize on this. This all comes as the nation is facing a major housing shortage.
