I keep seeing this pattern...(especially something I used to do ALL the time)
we stay quiet,
nod along,
and say yes to EVERYTHING.
Then lay in bed at night, replaying all the things we WISH we'd said.
That mental replay becomes a loop of self-criticism that feels impossible to break.
