Having to much on your plate-problem or not?
I am 19 y/o
currently my short term goals:
-training for a half Ironman while building muscle
-last year in high school so have to find a university to go to or just finding a path
- learning, having good grades in school
- improving my relationship with my new girlfriend
-be with my true friends not ignoring them
-staying consistent on my self improvement journey
Any tips to how should I manage all of these things together whilst not going insane or if it seems impossible should I try fewer things to focus on?!
