I've finally made a video with me in it - & you're all the first to see it
(I am not expecting applause or adulation)
More about the point of the benefits of listening to people, taking feedback and ideas and working out how best they work for me/us, as individuals.
I've broken the back of it and stepped out of my comfort zone - knowing that really nothing bad will come if it - so I'll do some more and I'll finish with a thanks to you guys for gently nudging me 👍
