Meta ads customer support

Can I share in here where I know others will get it.

I duplicate an old campaign that always ran fine, no issues (using Miser method)

Turned one adset and ad ON. Left the others OFF

Get's approved.

Duplicated the campaign a 2nd time a do the same.

A day later I see FB has not only turned on the ad sets/ads I did not turn on, but rejected them.

They are literally the same as the ones running.

Speak to chat support and usual canned responses. I said the ad is either right or wrong, it cannot be BOTH. In the end he closed the chat one me! 😤
