Traceability Question
Hey guys, I need help quick.
So I bid on dibbs for a mcmaster part. The dla requested traceability. The part has a different cage code because mcmaster has multiple regions.
Do I:
1) ask mcmaster to put the same cage code on the traceability letter so they match, OR
2) revise my quote in dibbs with the same cage code the OEM provided, or
3) Tell the Contracting Officer that the cage code on dibbs is different from what the oem provided and see if that works, OR
3) Submit the traceability letter as-is?
