FOB: Destination Question

I came across a listing with 6 solicitations on there. I know when it's "FOB: Destination, Inspection: Destination, Acceptance: Destination", it means that I'm paying for shipping.

I found the product 20 times cheaper than the last awardee and the vendor has also free shipping so therefore no shipping fee for me.

It's MIL-STD-2073-1E packing requirement and I've already figured out what I need for packaging from the packing website. This also means that I need to have the product sent to me. Has anyone worked on a solicitation like this or just moved on?
