Easy mistake to AVOID!

Word to the wise, I know Day has covered this in previous videos but for anyone that doesn’t already know and I apologize if it’s been covered already but if you use a VPN make sure it’s not on when signing into Dibbs as they track all of your sign-ins and you will get flagged and locked out of your account.

This has personally happened to me has I forgot I had my VPN running in the background and had signed into dibbs a few times to submit bids and months later randomly got flagged and lost access to both dibbs and cFolders. (I had JCP access at the time)

So if you want to avoid weeks of back and forth emails and downtime sign off of your VPN if you need to sign-in dibbs to place bids and DO NOT sign-in if you are out of the country as that with for sure get you locked out of your account.

Noob mistakes I’ve made that hopefully others can avoid.
