What's the hardest part about training for you?
To me the most frustrating thing is probably not knowing when the gains will breakthrough
Sometimes the incremental gains along with the ups and downs are hard to stick through
And that's why having people around you to help you out and seeing your progress would be key 🔥
I was fortunate enough to have people who have the same mindset to hell me stay consistent and accountable
And that's the purpose of this community to help you make sure you dont get lost 💪🏼
