I’ve been doing well with my routine and staying disciplined. But, I’ve been struggling a bit with keeping my energy up throughout the day, especially when it comes to balancing my work and workouts.
Has anyone else dealt with this? What are you doing to keep your energy levels steady, especially when things get busy?
Any tips for managing that mid-day crash would be super helpful.
