fell off the deep end hard. Lost my routine, ignored my habits, and honestly, just let things slip. At first, I thought I could handle it, but before I knew it, everything started to pile up, and I wasn’t showing up for myself.
But I’m not staying down. I’m getting back on track, one day at a time. It’s humbling, but I know the only way forward is to get back to the basics and rebuild that consistency. Super thankful for this challenge knowing that it is here.
