Garlic & what to know
Some may not realize this.
If you purchase your garlic without roots, it's 99% imported. Mostly from China.
US agriculture does not allow rooted produce to be imported.(w roots)
Just FYI.
Plus, imported garlic is bleached to prevent sprouting.
