You can’t push healing! You must have awareness and allow. What does this mean to you?

I'm having trouble finding a measurable goal for the emotional and relationships . I want to feel safe accepted loved. How can I do this? Please and thankyou

What are y’all’s views on it? Personally part of the reason I haven’t given it up is the years of photos and memories I have on it. If I could find an easy, safe way to retrieve all that I want off of it (FB) I’d get rid of it. The reason I’m considering giving it up is how pushy everyone is with their beliefs and all the negativity. Also as I’ve been talking about with @Monique Derouen the collective fear is really taking a toll on me. So I wanna hear your thoughts.
